What is construction ERP software?
Construction ERP software connects every department of a contracting company in one record. A lead becomes a site survey, the survey becomes a bill of quantities, the BOQ becomes a quotation, the approved quotation becomes a project, and the project produces tax invoices, receipts and entries in the books. Nobody re-types figures, and management sees the same numbers as the accountant.
Generic accounting packages stop at the invoice. This system covers the work before and after it: measuring, estimating, purchasing, stock, subcontractors, site attendance and payroll.
Who it is for
- MEP and technical services companies
- Interior fit-out and contracting firms
- Glass, aluminium and joinery contractors
- Companies that run more than one legal entity
Key advantages
One system from lead to cash
Lead, site survey, BOQ, quotation, approval, project, tax invoice, receipt and books share one record. Nobody re-types a number into the next tool.
Several companies, separate books
Run more than one legal entity in one app. Each company keeps its own ledgers, VAT and reports, with a switcher for authorised users.
UAE VAT and Tally-style accounting
5% VAT on sales and purchases, tax invoices, vouchers, day book, ledgers, trial balance, profit and loss and balance sheet in the layout accountants already know.
Money visible only to the right people
Contract values, margins, client balances and wages are hidden from roles that do not need them. Access is checked on the server, not just in the menu.
Built for contractors, not generic retail
Site surveys, glass and BOQ measuring, subcontractors, purchase orders from a BOQ, stock, GRN and project costing are part of the core, not add-ons.
Works on the phone
Installable web app with role-based phone tabs. Site staff clock in, surveyors upload documents and managers approve from their pocket.
No AI guesswork in your numbers
The BOQ and quotation readers are deterministic PDF and Excel parsers. The same file always gives the same result, so figures can be audited.
Your data, your database
Runs on Postgres with private storage for staff documents. Hosted on infrastructure you choose, with your own backups.

What is construction ERP software?
Construction ERP software is a single system that connects the work of a contracting company: enquiries, site surveys, bills of quantities, quotations, projects, purchasing, stock, subcontractors, payroll, attendance and accounts. It replaces separate spreadsheets and disconnected tools with one shared record.
Does it support UAE VAT and Tally-style accounting?
Yes. It posts 5% UAE VAT on sales and purchases, produces tax invoices, and gives accountants vouchers, a day book, ledgers, a trial balance, profit and loss and a balance sheet in a familiar Tally-style layout. Your accountant should still review VAT returns before filing.
Can it run more than one company?
Yes. Each company keeps separate ledgers, documents and reports in the same application. Authorised users switch between companies, and administrators can create a working copy of a company for a new accountant and merge it later.
Who sees the financial figures?
Only the roles you choose, by default the accountant, owners and IT manager. Estimators still price their own quotations, and HR still runs payroll. Everyone else sees the operational side without contract values, margins, wages or client balances.
Does it use AI to read BOQs and drawings?
No. The BOQ and quotation import tools are deterministic PDF and Excel readers. They read the file the same way every time, which makes the output predictable and easy to check.
Can it be customised for our business?
Yes. Roles, menus, document layouts, approval steps and reports can be adapted to your company. Tell us how you work today and we will propose what to change.
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on your team size and the modules you need. Send us a request and we will reply with a quote and arrange a demo. Ongoing support and customisation plans are available after setup.
How is the data protected?
Access is checked on the server for every action, staff documents sit in a private bucket with strict row rules, sessions are managed by Supabase Auth and company money is hidden from roles that do not need it. Deployment is on infrastructure you control.
