Traditional property search portals are either slow or heavily cluttered with low-quality listings. The goal was to build a clean, fast rental platform where property owners and seekers can easily list and discover properties.

Designed a clean dashboard for landlords to post real estate listings with geo-coordinates. Built search algorithms incorporating custom price, location, and amenity filters. Designed a minimalist UI using Chakra UI that highlights high-quality images and clear calls-to-action.

Created a modern property platform with instantaneous filter response times, leading to positive feedback on listing discovery speed.
