A premium, high-speed fashion storefront and administrative order/inventory tracking system developed for an Australian retail client.
The Challenge
The client required a highly scalable storefront optimized for web vitals, alongside a secure dashboard allowing store administrators to manage products, coordinate orders, and push real-time shipping status updates.
The Solution
Built a hybrid static/SSR frontend with Next.js App Router and Tailwind CSS for superior speed. Designed a relational schema in PostgreSQL via Supabase, implementing cookie-based session auth and multi-role middleware protection. Developed admin inventory tables (CRUD capabilities) and real-time dashboard notification structures.
The Outcome
Created a robust e-commerce pipeline with under-500ms page transitions, seamless session persistence, and automated inventory sync that cut admin task overhead by half.
